Start here to initiate a return for refund. You will need your confirmation number and email address associated with the order. All returned items will incur a $45 shipping and service charge. Engraved items will incur a $70 shipping and service charge. Items ordered more than 35 days ago will not be eligible for a return. Items returned in a worn or damaged condition will be assessed and you could be charged up to 35% of the purchase price. "Made To Order" rings will be considered final sale and are not eligible for a return for refund. If the ring you are returning came with a free ring, the free ring must also be returned.
