To register your ring, please fill out the following information and click on the "Register" button. You can register only One Ring Per Registration Card.  To complete the registration, you will need to have the following information with you:
  • Store receipt, store name, store address
  • Benchmark style number
  • Purchase price
  • Guarantee number
Once you have sucessfully registered your ring, a confirmation of your registration will be displayed. Please print the confirmation page for your records. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your registration in the next couple of weeks.
